I started using Henry Huang when I went to rent my property in 2015. He is a perfect Property Manager. He got me my first tenant that stayed in the house for 11 years. He is the best. I then went on to sell the house with Henry Huang as my agent. He helped me thru fixing the inside and outside of the house in preperation of the selling of it. I live about 200 miles from the house, and he did everything from renting it to selling it. We have become friends, like family, thru this all. I don't know what I would have done without Henry. I will be seeing him at least once a year now that this is all done. He was and is awesome.

Henry is trustworthy, efficient, and an excellent communicator. For our transaction, he knew us through his work as our property manager and adeptly served our partnership of four people. His communciation skills are outstanding and timely and he follows through. He is incredibly efficient with our time, and we always felt informed. And most of all, Henry is trustworthy. He had been our property manager for six years, handling a number of interesting and difficult situations, and we could always rely on him to provide sound guidance and collaborate on path forward. Would highly recommend Henry for sale of investment and residential properties.

Henry was awesome! We sat down went over what we needed in our new home and what we would like to have. We looked at a few different homes and Henry was quick to get us a showing. Once we found the right house the process was so seamlessly easy I wondered if it was real. Henry put us in contact with the best team of people we could have asked for.
